Protocols

A. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Those involved in activities hosted by Future Forward Inc. agree that any copyrighted material presented during an event in any form – written, recording, video, illustration etc. – is not to be copied via printing, recording, screenshots or in any other way.

B. Online Activities

The following protocols are to facilitate Future Forward Inc. activities:

• If a participant is unable to join the online activity they are registered for, please notify the facilitating team as early as possible before the activity.
• If an online activity has already begun, please do not join it unless pre-agreed with the facilitator(s).
• Participants are asked to be present on video during the entire activity unless they have specific reasons preventing this. In such cases, please inform the facilitator(s) of your situation before the event.
• Certain events with a high number of participants may require some simple ways and means for it to work best, such as being muted during the process unless invited to speak, or being asked to use the ‘raise hand’ function in the video platform if you wish to speak. In cases where these may be required, the facilitators will mention it.

C. IT issues with the video platform or the Future Forward website

• If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the tech support person assigned to the event, via WhatsApp or phone if available.
• If the event is interrupted, a new link will be sent via email from Future Forward. In rare cases you might experience a sudden disconnection from the online video platform; please try to re-enter with the link you received.
